Do Wrinkle Creams Really Work?

Wouldn't it be nice if you could just rub on a cream like they do on those infomercials. All your wrinkles would disappear overnight, like magic and you would look 10, 20 or 30 years younger.
Unfortunately, life isn't that simple. If the cream does have an effect on your wrinkles, it can only do just so much.
You will never get the same results that you would if you had a Botox treatment. But, using a good quality skin cream, on a daily basis, will help keep your skin soft, supple and smooth. This is what will help you keep a younger looking appearance.
One of the latest entries in skin care is Collagen, which helps the skin retain a firm, youthful appearance.
The majority of quality wrinkle products will have ingredients that will help stimulate the natural collagen in the body. The more collagen is present in the cream, the better the condition and tone of the skin. Good skin tone helps to slow down the aging process. Nothing can reverse the aging process, but we can age with beauty and grace.
Although these products are not as effective as a medical procedure, the do have their benefits in cost and ease of use. Although quite a few people, both men and women are now using the latest medial procedure, there are others who are reluctant to use medical procedures. The use of skin care creams for your particular skin type will give improvement of your skin tone.
Many of the major distributors and manufacturers would have you believe that their product is the best on the market, and will give testimonials to prove theirs is the magic elixir. After many testing of different products, there is no correlation between the benefits of products and the higher prices they may charge.
Just because you are paying a high price for a brand and/or famous name, doesn't mean the product is any better.
The next time, you are at a major department chain, see if they will give you a samples of the products that you believe will help you. Look at the results you see in the mirror every day with an open mind to see if it is worthwhile or not.
There is no magic formula against aging, and winkle creams can certainly help you, but no two people will get the same results and your results are all that matter.
